Recital[OPEN]

This is open to anyone. Currently we have no music teacher so my OC will just be in here before class starts.

The door creaked open and Victoria peered inside the room. It was dark and untouched. It took her about five minutes to find the light switch. She narrowed her eyes at the sudden brightness to let her eyes adjust. Boldly she called out, "Hello? Is anyone in here?"

No answer. Victoria decided to investigate and her eyes widen when she saw a gorgeous grand piano in the center of the room. She was tempted to touch it but she knew it was wrong. She went to the instrument room and saw so many classical and beautiful instruments but none could compare to her Stradivarius, one of the most beautiful and expensive violins ever.

Maybe I can use this advantage to practice for my recital...

She took out her violin and positioned it on her shoulder. With the bow, she closed her eyes and slowly struck the bow against the strings. Suddenly... she played. It was a soothing lullaby and thanks to the walls, she felt at peace hearing such a lovely tune play. It was like she was lost in her world.

The Russian teen walked by the music room, stopping as soon as the wondrous sounds of a violin was playing from the room reached his ears. He stood for a minute or two, his eyes closed, a small smile on his face. The last time he heard a violin was during war when soldiers needed a morale boost.

"Such a wondrous sound..." Vlad spoke softly, his hand reaching for the door knob.

He opened the door slightly to see who was producing such sound. His eyes focused on the female playing the violin. He slipped into the door, closing it behind him. He stayed by the door as she played, smiling softly with his eyes closed.

He clapped softly, a small smile on his face. His features were almost exact to Russia except for the eye-patch over his left eye, the scars on his cheek and forehead, and his scarf was in terrible condition like the rest of him.

"That was magnificent madame!" He spoke somewhat loudly, which he would whenever he head a wondrous performance.

He walked closer to her, still clapping softly.

He bowed a bit, smiling. His white hair falling over his face, his cold red eye showing a bit of tears since he never heard such wondrous music since war. He stood a meter away from her his backpack dangling from his right arm.

"Madame, That was the greatest sound I've heard in years." He clapped softly for a few more seconds.

He offered his hand to her "I'm Vladimir Braginski."

He turned watching her go, his red eye glowing a bit. His backpack was now on the ground by his side, taking out his bottle of vodka from it.

"Could I possibly hear you play again?" He smiled, opening the vodka and taking a few sips.

After he asked he took out his flute case from his backpack, opening it, taking out the silver and bronze flute, smiling a bit. He brought the mouth piece to his mouth and began playing the soviet national anthem on it.

He smiled, nodding a bit "Whenever you are."

He took in a deep breath, waiting for her signal.

The flute flowed into the sounds of the violin smoothly. He smiled as he played along with her, being his first duet with someone, yet not the first time he played for someone.

Short reply is short.

He looked at the female who had just walked in, he didn't stop playing but a smile appeared on his face.

Victoria didn't even notice the new set of eyes enter the classroom. She was concentrating on the harmony of her and Vlad's duet. She had her eyes shut and just played along in sync.

He slowly finished the song with a wondrous outro, smiling to his duet partner.

"That was a wondrous duet." He smiled taking her hand.

She jumped a little in surprise that the Russian teen noticed that she was there. As he smiled at her she blushed a little and gave a small bow to give a little "Hello". She then let the music sweep her off her feet again to get away from the embarrassing moment. Closing her eyes as she imagined the wonderful colors that were taking shape from every note that was played.

Victoria stopped as she gave a small smile, taking the Russian teen's hand. "I suppose we make a good team" she said a bit stubbornly.

She smiled and opened her eyes. She gave them an applause as the song came to it's end.

"That was amazing! You guys play so beautifully that I'm almost speechless."

"We do make quite a team." He smiled then turned to the girl who had walked in a few moments before.

He bowed a bit "Privet."

"Ah! A-Aloha."

The girl said in a nervous tone as she gave a little bow greeting the two. Looking back at them she smiled a little and placed her hands together.

"U-Um you two played so wonderfully. I Hope one day I'll be able to play as wonderfully as you two."

He nodded a bit "We did play quite well, but I did mess up on a few notes."

He walked towards the girl smiling still "And thank you for being a wondrous audience."

She smiled and blushed a bit from his compliment. Shaking her head a bit as she rejected the compliment a little.

"No No, it was an honor to hear you two play. Hehe and even if you did mess up I didn't even notice them."

He nodded a bit then looked to his duet partner, "Should we do that again?" He smiled a bit.

He went to his backpack to take out his vodka, just in case she says yes, but either way he was going to drink.
